The living room has a large open fire, perfect for getting cosy on those cooler evenings. Or when the evenings are that bit warmer, enjoy the properties patio garden with barbeque for some al fresco dining. The High Street has plenty to offer with numerous pubs, independent cafes, restaurants, and an excellent greengrocer/deli. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away where you can also join the undercliff path and take a walk or cycle into Brighton.

+ nice clean cottage near the sea, well equipped, modern and clean furniture, esp. bathroom and sleeeping rooms + helpful and friendly contact to the owner + free parking in a street 5 min walk away + Tesco, grocery, bakery and cafés around the corner + Bus station also around the corner with good connection to Brighton and the locations along the sea side o WiFi acceptable - cottage located at the highly frequented and by hgv used high street, means front side is noisy

Had a lovely stay at the cottage and would highly recommend it to a friend. There was plenty of stuff to do near by and all amenities you could need in the cottage. I would come back.

We really enjoyed staying here! A lovely, cosy cottage, close to the village and the beach. Spacious for our family and really well equipped- lovely to find big mugs and really nice wine glasses - just refect the high quality of the whole place! Thanks for having us.
