The property is frequently described as clean, with one review specifically noting it as 'extremely clean'. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness maintained at the property.

The location is appreciated for its tranquility and convenience for exploring local attractions and both East and West Sussex. The proximity to wildlife and countryside walks contributes to its high rating.

Guests found the bungalow comfortable, with mentions of it being warm, inviting, and a joy to return to. The only minor drawback noted was limited bedroom space for more than two people.

The cottage is repeatedly described as well-equipped, suggesting that the facilities and maintenance are of a good standard. However, a comment about limited bedroom storage indicates there might be room for improvement.

The cottage is very nice situated next to a nature park where you can walk. It is very quit and the accomodation looks very nice and also on the inside. There are beautiful windows in the ceiling for extra light and the bathroom is very modern. The 2 bedrooms are nicely furnished. I would certainly recommend this!

Well equipped and tidy cottage for 2 people. Bedroom space limited, basic rail no wardrobe for example which might be tight for 4.

We had a highly enjoyable and relaxing stay at Broadstone Bungalow. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities we expect from a quality cottage. The location was quiet with good local walks and easy access to several other sites and places of interest.
