    Tracy – 20 Nov 2018
"Excellent holiday cottage in a beautiful location. We had a superb family get together, and it’s only just over an hour from London."
    Janet – 12 Nov 2018
"We went to join in with the Rye Fawkes celebrations. S13979 is just a bit too far without transport to be able to do that & the weather was against us. But the bungalow is clean & comfortable & roomy. Only complaint - the pillows are rather firm."
    Sue – 30 Oct 2018
"We had a group of Nanny and Granddad, who had the back bedroom with en-suite, Mum and Dad in the front double and Granddaughters 4 and 2 years old in the twin room along with a golden retriever. There was plenty of space for everyone and great walks from the door. The supermarket was just down the hill, as was a great restaurant (the Horse and Cart) and Camber sands only 6 miles away. Although the weather helped a lot I'm sure we would have had a great time there anyway. Sorely tempted to return."
    Colin – 24 Oct 2018
"What an amazing cottage. Probably the best one we have ever stayed in. There was everything that you could have need. An excellent location."
    Paula – 3 Aug 2018
"It was lovely to have such a comfortable and spacious home to return to after a busy day out.The whole family enjoyed it ranging in ages from 3 to 71!The owners were welcoming and helpful."
    Natalie – 9 Jun 2018
"Amazing holiday. Beatiful cottage in gorgeous surroundings. Rye is a lovely town with all you need. Car a necessity but don’t need to drive for hours. Would recommend staying here 100%"
    Melloney – 4 Jun 2018
"This was our third visit to S13979. We love the cottage and its location. It's a pleasure to sit outside the cottage and listen to the sheep 'baaing' and see the occasional rabbit chewing the grass. Fabulous for families, so safe for children to roam the garden of the property. One thing I would improve would be to get black out blinds in the bedrooms. The light does get through the curtains and our children were awake at 5.30am some mornings. A small price to pay for such a beautiful location though and we'll definitely be back again one day."
    Wendy – 8 May 2018
"Very comfortable and well equipped cottage. The family were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our grandson (3) loved seeing the lambs and we appreciated being allowed to go into the lambing shed at what was a very busy and sometimes traumatic time for the farmers..We would certainly recommend the property to others."
    John – 17 Feb 2018
"A well equipped and comfortable cottage. Well placed for interesting towns and points of interest. Owner pleasant and helpful."
