Guests say

Guests have praised the high standard of the interior, comfortable furnishings, and excellent heating system. The property boasts great views, a large garden that is ideal for dogs, and a peaceful setting despite its proximity to a busy road. The annex adds to the charm, offering additional space and privacy. The property is well-equipped with quality appliances and provides a comfortable stay with luxurious touches.

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score.

The property is situated in a picturesque part of Kent, close to local attractions and great walks. However, guests noted the busy road and difficulty in walking to nearby places due to a lack of pavements.

Reviewers have highlighted the comfortable furnishings, high-quality beds and linen, and the overall renovation standard of the property, indicating a very comfortable stay.

The property is well-equipped with NEFF appliances, a LOR Barista Capsule coffee machine, and has extensive gardens. The annex with bifold doors is a plus. However, accessibility issues for wheelchair users due to steps and narrow doors have been mentioned.

While the reviews suggest that the owners provide everything to make the stay comfortable, there is no mention of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Lovely cottage and a great cottage in the garden. We would certainly return if back in that part of the country

This is a lovely venue with a huge garden which the dogs loved. For once your satnav is reliable in getting you there but it is hard to spot with a very small nameplate on a telegraph pole next to the wooden gate.It is near many fantastic places to visit and great walks. Care is needed getting in and out due to the busy road with minimal verge. It isn't suitable for wheelchair users due to steps and narrow doors in and out of bathrooms.

This stay was lovely, such a bonus to stay with a utility room when you have young children and a dog that loves exploring. The indoor and outdoor spaces were all really charming and felt really safe- we particularly liked the wooden area and toasted marshmallows. It’s great to be able to go away with friends but also have your own space with the second property that also has a living area space too- we look forward to returning and would recommend a stay here. We did pass the entrance on the way to it as it is a busy road and not so easy to see the house name - however once in and you are in the back garden area it is so peaceful. We have already recommended this place to friends.
