A really nice property with lots of space, great for us as we were working from 'home' while waiting to complete on our house purchase. The road is quite busy, although the barn is set back and you've got the farm shop and coffee shop over the back fence, so very convenient. The owners are really nice and welcoming and happy for us to wander around their lovely garden.

The property booked was a great surprise. Based very close to the owners property at first sight the property appears small from the allotted parking area parallel to it. Extremely handy. However deceptively once inside, the converted barn is large and welcoming. Warm and filled with light, the atmosphere gives you a relaxing feel from the moment you step inside. Our host and hostess could not have been kinder, providing a much needed welcome pack on arrival. Pointing out areas of interest during our stay our hosts guided us to discover just some of the beautiful hidden parts of Kent. The wood stove and underfloor heating, during a particular spate of unpredictable weather for Autumn, was a joy to return to. The weather did not stop our exploring and coming back to warm showers resting well at night, and playing games by the fireside completed a superb much needed break. Thank you we would love to come again.
