Set over three floors, with a feature Tudor stone fireplace and cosy wood burning stove, this property has a capacity of four (plus two sleeping on a sofa bed).

A cot and high chair are available on request.

A welcome basket of logs is provided.

The sofa bed can be added during the booking process. Please note an additional £40 charge applies per person for use of the sofa bed.

Kitchen

With double oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer & dishwasher.

Sitting/dining room

With an original Tudor stone fireplace with a wood burning stove. There is also a table and seating for four, a 32” LCD television (Freeview) and DVD player, iPod dock, a small selection of books, games and DVD's.

First Floor:

Approached via the original wooden staircase leading from the sitting room to the upstairs landing.

Bedroom one

With a king-size wrought iron double bed and an LCD television (Freeview) for those relaxing mornings in bed.

Bathroom

With a bath, separate shower enclosure with ceiling and wall mounted shower heads, wash basin and wc.

Second Floor:

Approached via the original wooden staircase, leading from the first floor landing to the second floor snug area.

Snug area

With vaulted ceiling and a two seater sofa-bed and a 37” Plasma television (Freeview) with DVD player

Washroom

With a wash basin and wc.

Bedroom two

Which also has a vaulted ceiling and two single wrought iron beds.

Outside:

A walled cottage rear garden is a real sun trap and has a barbecue, and table & chairs with parasol . The front overlooks a small front garden on a very quiet, no-through road offering parking outside the cottage.
