This recently refurbished, 100 year old property enjoys incredible and dramatic far reaching views across Widemouth Bay, with the beach just a short walk away. Kids will love exploring the hundreds of rockpools that appear at low tide, and it's the perfect place to try surfing or body boarding. The master bedroom is situated just off the lounge area and enjoys stunning sea views which can be enjoyed over a morning cup of tea in bed. A cute and cosy twin bedroom is just next door. At the rear of the property there is a large games room which wraps around the property and provides an abundance of space for everyone to relax and have fun. Choose a book from the extensive library with something to suit everyone including numerous children's books, tinkle the ivories on the piano, challenge your family to a game of snooker or table football or play one of the many board games that have been left for your enjoyment. A utility area with Butler sink, airing cupboard and washing machine can be found at one end of the room and is an ideal place for storing sandy wetsuits and drying beach towels. The property can be found at the end of a privately owned driveway and there is ample parking space for two cars. Here you can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee on the patio area or cook up a storm on the charcoal BBQ whilst watching the dogs chase each other around the large lawn area.
