As you enter the farmhouse hallway it immediately opens up with the lounge on your right hand side, equipped with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and wood burner. Perfect for enjoying your favourite movie in front of the fire on those chillier nights. Heading across the hall from the initial lounge you will find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen area boasting comfortable seating, TV and open fire. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Completing this floor is the dining room which has ample space for all to enjoy an evening meal together, and lastly a separate WC. Heading upstairs from the hallway onto the first floor you will come to the first of four bedrooms on your left hand side. This is a double bedroom with ample storage.
