Nearest amenities: 0.5 miles.

Outdoors: A small courtyard to the rear with outdoor seating and storage space.

Parking: There is no private parking at the property, but the nearest public car park is by the Bodinnick Ferry at Caffa Mill – PL23 1DF just a very short walk along the street. Weekly car parking tickets can be purchased using JustPark. It is possible to offload outside the property, but please be aware the streets are narrow and can be busy.

Family facilities: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request.

Changeover time: Saturday - Arrival - 4pm - Departure - 9am

    There was no property information pack (or at least one could not be found). This would have been helpful to know the arrangements for waste and bed linen. Although the bathrooms and the kitchen were clean the rest of the property was not and it was clear that the floors and carpets underneath items of furniture had not been cleaned or vacuumed for some time (we found an old sock underneath one of the sofas). There was also evidence of cobwebs. The owners need to invest in the upkeep of the property particularly the windows frames and outside sills as these appeared to be in need of sanding and repainting. Also behind one of the curtains in the master bedroom paint was peeling off the wall. Despite these issues we found the property to be comfortable and well equipped with comfy beds and hot powerful showers. The house is also in an excellent location convenient for town and the nearby car park.
