A wonderfully atmospheric open fire is the focal point of the sitting room during the winter months, and on balmy summer evenings you can throw open the doors for an al fresco feel. Delicious meals are best enjoyed around the grand dining table, but the county cottage-style kitchen also features a smaller table that’s ideal for savouring tea and homemade cake. Store all of your beach gear in the handy utility room and refresh yourself with an invigorating shower or long soak in the bath. A games room provides the evening entertainment, or you can step outside for a few games of table tennis. Guests should note that the games room has a small window which links to the neighbouring property, but this window is obscured, and guests can be assured of their privacy. The enclosed garden is an absolute delight on sunny afternoons, especially with a few tempting snacks and a chilled bottle of wine.
