Big TV in lounge. Washer and dryer very handy. Off street parking great for a small car. Well positioned with a Spar literally just around the corner. Train station walkable. 10min train to Plymouth. Paignton, Totnes, Looe, Tintagel etc all within an hour’s drive -ve Road outside is busy and can be noisy at times. It’s an old property and smells damp.

It was comfortable, warm, and much more spacious than it looks from the outside, or indeed the pictures of it would suggest! The kitchen was well stocked, and the appliances were straightforward to use and worked fine. Nearby there are at least three well stocked little grocers, with friendly staff, and where you can get emergency supplies or indeed breakfast croissant should you like! Many thanks to the owners for an easy and happy stay.

The location is great to visit South Devon and East Cornwall. The shop and take-away nearby made it easy after long days out, and the owners were very helpful. Overall the cottage had a real charm and we would go back again.
