It has a garden which has a fast flowing stream. The house is comfortable although the fittings are a little dated. It was very peaceful and we never heard any of our neighbours. The storage heaters were more than adequate so we did not have to use the wood burning stove in the lounge. We used a local bus service which picked up/dropped off close to the property which was helpful. It is listed as a let for 6 people. As a couple we had no need to use the sofa bed the wardrobe and drawers located on the landing. Useful information was provided about walks through the valley. WiFi is provided. Only negatives were lack of some basic utensils e.g. no slotted spoon and the temperature on the oven knob on cooker had faded away.
