Catch up as you prepare dinner in the compact yet thoughtfully equipped kitchenette before serving up on your own private decking or around the glow of the firepit. Alternatively, order a delivery of homemade pasties or ice cream from the owner and enjoy it by candlelight. At bedtime, climb into your small double bed for a cosy night's sleep, then awaken to a dip in the hot tub and watch as the birds glide across the lake. It's the perfect way to begin your morning.

A lovely weekend retreat - so peaceful!! Excellent hosts - extremely attentive and kind. The hot tub was preheated for us and it was very relaxing - only sounds were us, wildlife and the stream behind the pod. The fairy lights make it very romantic too! I didn't get any phone signal whilst down by the lake (as is expected) and this was a welcome respite from hectic everyday life. We took our dog and he was very comfortable. It's extremely private too, a perfect place to unwind.

We had the most wonderful time in the Cornwall countryside! The owners are so hands on, from greeting us with complimentary homemade pasties and warming up the hot tub for our arrival, to checking in with us daily that we have everything we need. The cabin is so secluded, so if you value privacy this is definitely the place for you! A brilliant experience, we’ll be back.
