Seaweed is perfectly located in the heart of Combe Martin, a popular seaside village on the North Devon coast. This three-bedroom, pet-friendly cottage is an excellent choice for couples and families looking to explore the beautiful coastline and nearby Exmoor National Park.
Accommodation
Enter Seaweed through a convenient conservatory, offering space for boot storage and coat hooks. From there, you enter the tastefully decorated open-plan living area.
The lounge features two sofas and an armchair, creating a cosy setting for evenings in front of the TV. During colder months, ignite the wood-burning stove to infuse the space with a homely atmosphere.
Towards the rear of the house, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. It offers ample storage for groceries and includes a breakfast bar, perfect for leisurely mornings. A separate dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen, accommodating up to six.
A convenient downstairs bedroom boasts a standard double bed, a chest of drawers, and a comfy armchair. This front-facing bedroom has easy accessibility, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Adjacent to the downstairs bedroom is the first of two family bathrooms. This spacious bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and WC, along with quick-dry microfleece towels for beach use.
At the top of the stairs, you'll find a large double/twin bedroom with flexible link beds. Upon request, this bedroom can feature either a super king-size (6') bed or two 3' single beds. It also includes an armchair and a wardrobe. Please specify your bed preference when booking.
The second first-floor bedroom is front-facing and features a standard double bed and a chest of drawers.
The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin, and WC.

We had October half term at Seaweed with our 3 children and cocker spaniel. The house was one minute walk from the beach and nice little town centre which includes some lovely small independent shops/cafe/ice cream shops etc. Fantastic coast walks, all in walking distance. The house was perfect. It's a great layout, plenty of room for us all to have a comfortable stay. It was spotless! Everything was thought about, the owners certainly went the extra mile. The woodburner fire was the extra special touch and gave us cozy relaxed evenings. Communications with the owners was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

It's our second visit to Seaweed which we enjoyed very much. Just a stones throw from the beach and some lovely countryside. Also plenty of shops for supplies, excellent fish & chips from the Black& White. The Focsle Inn , right on the beach is good for pub meals.

Our second stay at Seaweed and the property again provided a 5☆ experience. Immaculately clean , tidy, and fresh with lots of extra touches which enhanced our visit. Location is perfect, so close to the beach and amenities but in a quiet, tucked away location. Owner is friendly and helpful but not....
