The Penthouse At Point View is a luxury second floor apartment with two balconies giving wonderful views over Croyde Bay. The apartment has an electronically operated gated entrance ensuring privacy, and a sandy beach is just a walk away, excellent for surfing. A few minutes walk in the other direction is the village of Croyde with a range of shops, restaurants, pubs and thatched cottages.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Penthouse. The welcome pack was very welcome after a long and delayed drive! Parking at the property was ample and safe. The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, and a 10 minute walk into the village. It's 5 minutes walk to a cafe in the carpark that serves great coffee and a rather wonderful Sri Lankan curry! The apartment itself was very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. We used the balconies on the front and back more than we thought we would. They were ideal for sitting on with a book and a drink and watching the world go by. We'll be back!
