Spacious 4 bedroom family property within the heart of Croyde and only a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Sundowner is a large detached family home sleeping 8, within a short stroll of the village amenities including, pubs, restaurants, shops and ice cream parlour! The living room is located on the first floor to take advantage of the countryside views, with large comfy sofas and wood burner for the cooler seasons. The kitchen offers plenty of light and work-space from which to prepare your evening meals, which can be enjoyed around the dining table or alfresco on the decked balcony area. The master bedroom with ensuite is also on the first floor, with the other 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a bunk bedded room on the ground floor, which all have access to the family bathroom. There is a separate ground floor cloakroom/WC with lockable door giving internal access to the garage. There is an enclosed rear lawned garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

Rooms: First floor: Living room. Kitchen. Bedroom 1 King, Ensuite with shower over bath, WC and basic. Separate WC with hand basin. Ground Floor: Bedroom 2 Double, Bedroom 3 Double, Bedroom 4 Bunk beds. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and basin. Separate WC with handbasin and internal access to garage via lockable door.

Kitchen & utilities: Electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine.

Entertainment: Freesat TV/DVD, ipod dock/CD player 

For families: Highchair and stairgate available. Selection of toys and games including table tennis in the garage.

Outside: Enclosed garden with lawn and garden furniture. Garage for storing surfboards and bikes, also housing washing machine and tumble dryer - internal access available via lockable door in downstairs cloakroom/WC.

Parking: Private parking for 2-3 cars

    A fantastic house only a minute or two from the village and about 10 minutes' walk from the beach. We loved staying here, it had everything we needed for a family of four adults and two young children, including a well kitted out kitchen and a brilliant space for living room/dining room, with a balcony and garden for the sunny days. Everything was clean and there was no need to contact the caretaker while we were there. Thanks for a lovely stay!
