Storage shed outside for surfboards/bikes etc. “Each Wednesday morning (weather permitting) the gardener mows the lawn and tends to the garden. Please could cars be parked on Tuesday evening in such a way to allow access to the lawn between the house and garage for his sit-on mower”.
Parking: Private parking for 3-4 cars depending on size. An electric car Type 2 charging point is at the property
