Guests say

Lincombe Barn in Lee Bay, Devon, is a beautifully presented, spacious cottage that offers a comfortable stay with a well-equipped kitchen and cosy atmosphere, especially appreciated during rainy days. Its location is praised for being within easy reach of North Devon beaches and offering great views, though the steep hill to the beach requires fitness. The property is family-friendly and decorated for occasions, adding a charming touch.

Most guests found the property to be lovely, but one review mentioned issues with dust, cobwebs, and dirty ovens, suggesting room for improvement in cleanliness.

The property's location is highly regarded for its proximity to popular beaches and its quiet setting, though access to the local beach may be challenging due to a steep hill.

Guests consistently mention the comfortable beds and the cosy, warm atmosphere of the property, indicating a high level of comfort.

The property is well-appointed with a spacious garden and a well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests noted the lack of certain kitchen items and suggested better outdoor furniture.

While the property was decorated for Christmas, which was appreciated, there is not enough information on consistent thoughtful touches like gifts to accurately score this category.

Lovely, spacious property, with large garden, in quiet location. Our party was four adults and two young children and I it was ideal for our needs. Short drive to Woolacombe and ilfracombe.

We just returned from a week at Lincombe Barn and would definitely recommend it. The barn is comfortable, well appointed, spacious and had lovely character. The area around the barn is good for walking dogs and the small but local Lee Beach was a lovely walk. We walked for miles at Putsborough, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton beaches which were all beautiful and immaculate. Would also recommend Squires and SQ as places to eat in Braunton.

Lovely space for a family of 6 and a gorgeous property. Decorated for Christmas too which was a nice touch.
