This is an excellent spot for exploring the North Devon Countryside, with a public footpath right next to the property. Just a short drive will bring you to the historic Market town of Barnstaple which is well equipped with shops, restaurants, pubs and leisure facilities. For any keen golfers Portmore Golf Club is a 5 minute drive away and the nearby beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe are all less than an hours drive.

The Cart Linhay is a wonderful cottage - spotlessly clean, very comfortable and a beautiful view. It is well equipped and we immediately felt at home there. We loved the location as the property is in quiet countryside but only a few minutes from Barnstaple for shops, restaurants etc plus easy access to the coast and the rest of North Devon. We did not want to leave and definitely hope to visit again, highly recommended.
