Four bedroom family home within the heart of West Down village, close to the wonderful surfing beaches of Woolacombe and Putsborough.
This large family home is set in the quiet and rural village of West Down, yet only 20 minutes drive to the glorious sandy beaches of Woolacombe or Saunton. The local pub and community shop are less than 2 minutes walk from the front door, and the property boasts a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for alfresco dining and childs play. There is an open plan kitchen/dining area with wood burner for the cooler seasons, a cosy living room also with woodburner and Smart TV.

Electric Everhot Aga with two ovens and a hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, free standing kitchen island. Fully equipped with a range of utensils and tableware. Utility room: With washer/dryer, Sink, iron, ironing board and collapsible airer.Entertainment: Smart 55'' TVOutside: Lawned garden with small raised pond, plants and patio area with garden furniture seating 10, steel fire pit and Gas BBQ.
