Entering the property, head upstairs where you will find the bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning sea views, the charming lounge has plenty of seating and a Smart TV, perfect for snuggling up to watch a favourite movie in the evening. The kitchen has a wide choice of equipment for rustling up all your favourite dishes, which you can enjoy in the relaxing dining area. The first floor also has an en-suite king-size bedroom. Returning to the ground floor, there’s a family bathroom and two further bedrooms: a twin and a double, each with a TV/DVD. There’s also a utility room with access to a side exit where there’s an outside tap for washing wetsuits, surfboards and sandy paws. From the lounge, French doors open onto the decked balcony with seating which makes an ideal spot to sit back, relax and take in the coastal views.

Westward Ho! is home to a beautiful beach and the glorious Northam Burrows Country Park. Also nearby, you’ll find the pretty coastal village of Appledore, the bustling market town of Bideford and the estuary beach at Instow (all within 4 miles). Local attractions include The BIG Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park and the historic village of Clovelly (all within 12 miles).
