    Would definitely recommend.

The bed was extremely comfortable and everywhere was lovely and clean. As described by previous holiday makers, the walk into Lyme Regis is about 15 minutes along the pretty river walk but as the house is up on a hill it is a slower journey back. All the bedrooms are spacious though we only needed to use the main bedroom. Our main comment regarding the living space is that it would not comfortably accommodate 6 people so is more suitable for 4 adults or a family of 5. We felt that there was perhaps too much furniture in the living area and that possibly the nest of tables and table in the corner with the music centre were not really necessary and would have given more space to the room. The patio was a lovely place to sit out in the sun to admire the lovely views. Many thanks for the lovely welcome pack which was one of the best we have received. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday.

Be aware the hill back to the house is VERY STEEP, we walked it once then ended up driving and parking down in the town. House has everything you need and the welcome pack of local food and milk was a really lovely touch! If I’m being very picky, it would have been useful to have some oil for cooking, and a washing up brush, but those are very minor things, unfortunately we couldn’t use the dishwasher for all our kids things. One of the dining room table chairs is broken with the seat loose, but otherwise the house was in excellent condition and really well cleaned. A great base for exploring.
