The house is entered via seven steps to the side of the property straight from the drive where there is ample parking for three cars (a rare thing for a holiday property in the middle of Lyme Regis so near to the seafront and amenities).  The living areas and shower room are on the ground floor and the family bathroom and three bedrooms on the first floor.  Through the conservatory and out to the exterior is the terrace with outside furniture and also access to t. . .
