Situated within the private grounds of a 15 acre alpaca farm, this property is perfect for groups of friends, couples and families. this holiday home makes the perfect base for exploring the breath-taking Jurassic Coast with its many attractions.
Retaining many charming features including vaulted ceilings and beams, Ware Barn Cottage is a wonderful 3 bedroomed property, well furnished and designed to provide everything needed for a relaxing and restful break. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up tasty meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table before relaxing on the comfortable sofas to take in a family favourite on the Smart TV. If you prefer to make the most of your surroundings, why not move to the charming outdoor patio area to relish a spot of alfresco dining?
As the evening draws to a close, choose from one of three neatly-presented king-size bedrooms, with one being serviced by its very own en-suite shower room and the others being serviced by a well fitted bathroom.
The cottage sits within the owners extensive grounds which include a well plenished vegetable garden and seating area with feature pond. By arrangement with the owners, guests may be permitted to access these areas and wander through the adjoining fields to meet and feed the alpacas.
If you fancy exploring your surroundings, a short drive will take you into nearby Lyme Regis where you can dine in style at the seafood restaurant The Oyster and Fish house, before settling down for a drink in The Royal Standard, located on the Lyme Regis beachfront. If you fancy a relaxing stroll after dinner, amble along Lyme Regis seafront or the iconic Cobb harbour and soak in the stunning and far-reaching views across the coastline as the sun sets in the distance. Please note, to maintain the high standard of your holiday experience, Ware Barn Cottage sleeps a strict maximum of 6 guests, plus one infant under two in guests own cot.

Our Grand daughters thoroughly enjoyed helping out with feeding the alpacas and were delighted with their alpaca story books. Our welcome pack was generous offering all the essentials to help us settling in. The accommodation was very spacious, warm, welcoming and very clean throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to thank our hosts for their friendly welcome.

Lyme Regis is a short walk of about 20-30 mins duration and the coastal views are tremendous. Ian and Sue the Owners live across the lawn from you and are are both very friendly. We were shown the Alpacas and had some fun feeding them. The place is very well equipped and the beds are good quality. Broadband was pretty good with 20Mbs download speeds , so streaming was possible and we had no issues with Netflix or anything. The wall mounted TV and speaker system were well done. The tumble drier was useful to have as well. We got there late due to a breakdown , but Ian came out to show us around in the dark. Thank you Ian.
