This beautiful Victorian townhouse is situated within the popular market town of Sherborne, boasting elegant proportions and a warm homely feel with stylish furnishings. Tintagel has a rear enclosed west facing terrace garden has outdoor seating and a gas barbecue, and is ideally set up for alfresco dining.

On the ground floor, the accomodation includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a wonderful statement red AGA, leading through to a bright dining area, where a purpose-built dining table awaits up to ten guests. The double doors at the side of the dining area lead directly out to the garden, which is a pleasant space to relax in with a good book. The sitting room provides a cosy setting for watching television or playing a board game, and has a wood burning stove and three comfortable sofas, one of which can be made up as a sofa bed to sleep additional guests. Also on the ground floor, you will find an accessible double bedroom, along with a cloakroom located at the rear of the kitchen.

On the first floor, you will find the two en-suite double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom including a beautiful roll top bath.

Tintagel sits in a superb location for enjoying this charming historic town, with the famous abbey just a short stroll away. The market town of Sherborne is well-situated for easy access to all of Dorset and Somerset also, with numerous National Trust properties, gardens and attractions just a short drive away, and the World Famous Jurassic Coast within easy reach.

Stair gate available, this is stored in the under stairs cupboard.

The second floor of the property is not available to guests.

There is no private parking at Tintagel House, however parking is free on the street outside from 6pm until 9am. Within the 9am- 6pm Monday to Saturday slots, there are free parking spaces available with a two hour restriction. This means you can park from 4pm through to 11am without payment or issue. There is also parking at the long stay car park at Culverhayes which is just a minute away from the property, charges will apply.
