There are many places to visit including The West Somerset Steam Railway Clarks Village Taunton Dunster Castle the seaside town of Minehead and several small quiet bays and sandy coves to explore. The accommodation is offered over four floors and is accessed through the front garden and up a small flight of stone steps to the front door where you are immediately greeted by the exposed workings of the mill. This characterful hallway also houses a separate WC and a utility area with washing machine. To your right is the lounge which is accessed by a small flight of stairs leading down to this spacious room with high ceiling exposed beams and a welcoming wood burner comfortable seating and a Smart TV. There is also a table at one end ideal for a board game. Doors lead out from the lounge to the front lawn. Heading on up the stairs back to the hallway onto the ground floor and up a further staircase to the first floor takes you to the lounge/kitchen/diner well-equipped and furnished with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The open-plan style of this room allows you to prepare a meal and socialise with Freeview TV Hi Fi with Bluetooth connectivity as well as a further wood burner making this a great place to entertain. Also on this floor is the bunk bedroom step up into the bedroom with its triple aspect and millstones on the floor make it an interesting room but with restricted floor space. Continuing up to the half landing on the second floor there is access to the garden and mill pond. Up again to the third floor where the remainder of the bedrooms are situated a twin with en-suite shower room and WC please note this room has an ancient beam which restricts the height of the door to this room once in the room it has a high ceiing and also contains the upper mill workings. A double also with en-suite shower room and WC and lastly a spacious king-size bedroom with exposed beams and en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Heading outside to the enclosed garden from the landing area on the second floor a wrought iron bridge and steps will lead you to the decked area with BBQ and direct access to the millpond please take care with young children and pets as this is not fenced. This property has a mill pond ( a deep pond which used to feed the water wheel to the mill house ) it is unfenced and therefore extreme caution and care should be taken at all times and specifically with young children and pets..
