There is also a convenient shower room on the ground floor, with a shower and WC, whilst the main bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, and WC is locate on the first floor, along with the bedrooms. The master is a king size and the second a double, whilst the third is a twin room. Outside, there is a large private garden, which is mainly set to lawn, with an additional patioed seating area. Guests should be aware that there is an enclosed ornamental pond in the garden, so children will need supervising around this. Beyond the garden, the property benefits from five acres of private woodlands which guests are free to explore, which gives access to a further seven acres of wild woodland.
