A lovely holiday cottage in a beautiful location. Needs a bit of updating and it would be perfect.
Mr Canning
At the end of a very quiet Cul de sac as you enter Dulverton . Lovely plot and beautiful garden, all open though so bear this in mind if taking dogs . A very dated property that’s in desperate need of some modernisation. Nice fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good central heating system . We had to leave early as Beds were so uncomfortable, came away with a very bad back . About a 15 to 20 minute walk into Town either down the road with no pavements or through the housing estate. Dulverton is in a valley surrounded by very steep hills . A very quiet little town with not much going on . A couple of pubs and a few coffee shops . Was very disappointed with the dog walking. Nowhere to let them off . No decent footpaths other than through houses . No river walk . The woods were up a very steep hill . Probably ok for people hiking through to other places . Had to go in the car everywhere. Would not return.
