From the harbour, you can hop aboard a number of boat trips to explore the area from a unique perspective, whilst the South West Coast Path is accessible within a mile for those who love to get active and explore.
The living room is a cosy area with light pouring in through the window and a selection of comfortable seating where you can kick back and relax in front of the TV. For a little peace and quiet, there is a smaller seating area with a sofa tucked away around the corner, a perfect place to get lost in a good book. On the lower ground floor, you’ll find the rustic kitchen decorated in pastel colours, with a dining room seating up to six guests in the room adjacent. The first floor is home to the master bedroom with its blissful king-size bed and fabulous feature fireplace, whilst the inter-connected double and twin bedrooms are found on the second floor. Accessible via the dining room is the patio area which enjoys sunshine throughout the day and is a great spot for your first coffee of the day.
Those looking for adventure on the coast can tour the many fine beaches in the local area, with Paignton (6 miles) providing easy access to a number of beautiful bays including Goodrington Sands, Fairy Cove and Preston Sands. Paignton Zoo and Splashdown Quaywest both offer fantastic days out for those travelling with children, both within 5 miles. For a taste of the wild countryside, visit Dartmoor National Park (17 miles) taking the walking trail along the River Dart and soaking in the serenity of this part of Devon.
