The cottage was lovely - in a nice, quiet and very pretty location with the river Deben at the bottom of the garden. It was great being able to park right outside the cottage on the gravel drive - it made unloading very easy! We chose this location because of the close proximity to the places we wanted to visit - we had brought our inflatable kayak with us and wanted to be close to several different rivers and this location was ideal for that.

Excellent location in a quiet setting. Can't fault it for that but it was advertised with a bell tent which was clearly not there. Also the cleaning equipment was a bit lacking so please be advised to bring your own washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towles. Wish we had known to bring these!
