This is a delightful cottage down a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes walk from the beach and even closer to a great fish and chip shop. We were four adults, using the two double rooms and it was perfect for us, well-equipped and comfortable. If you need to go to the loo in the middle of the night, be aware that it's a steep staircase down to the bathroom which is downstairs. Kessingland is an ideal base for exploring the Suffolk coast and the Norfolk Broads and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a fantastic stay. The beds were super comfy. The local shop and pub were great. Altogether a lovely holiday in a cute cottage ❤️

We have enjoyed a lovely week at this cottage, with the bonus of gorgeous weather. Would recommend the walk we did along the beach from Kessingland to Lowestoft- just make sure you check the tide times- which is about 3 miles took a couple of slow but relaxing hours. We rewarded ourselves with lunch at The Jolly Sailors at Pakefield-delicious. PS the apple juice! So refrehing.
