Step inside to find a well-sized kitchen/diner with an island, low-hanging contemporary lights and a wooden dining table with chairs next to the bi-folding doors which lead open up onto the garden. Continue into the lounge and watch a movie on the SmartTV while sitting on the plump sofas in front of the feature fireplace. Climb the stairs to reach a family bathroom with a rainfall shower plus three bedrooms – a king-size with an en-suite, a double and a queen-size zip-and-link. The dog-friendly beach is just 500 metres away and behind the property is a model boat pond (200 metres). If you’ve brought your walking boots, head to the Benacre National Nature Reserve (5 miles) for wildlife walking trails around the lagoons. The 14th-century ruins of Leiston Abbey is 13 miles away and is an ideal stop-off on the way to visit the quaint town of Aldeburgh (18 miles) – which is full of picturesque Tudor-style architecture.

This is a gem of a house! Comfortable and stylish with a lovely garden area. It is in a quiet area but so close to the beach. Our little granddaugther decided that a 21 months she could walk to the beach and she did! The house is very clean and thoughtfully equipped with comfortable beds and sofas. We appreciated the stair gates and high chair and the provison of baby bowls and cutlery. We had a great week and went home feeling pampered! Thank you
