Pros: great location, easy access to Southwold, lovely village. Cottage nice and warm. Cons: incredibly poor lighting downstairs. Cleanliness not great-mud splashes on bathroom tiles from previous occupants. Was led to believe there would be Xmas decorations, there were not. Not a problem for us but we booked with this in mind for our 5 year old. One toilet roll for 3 people seems incredibly stingy. Windows didn't really open, very hard to ventilate. Wouldn't return.

A gem of a property Perfect for a couple. Small but like Wangford has all the facilities you need. Comfortable, quiet with a stunning welcome pack. The one downside was the lack of outside space. Either to sit and chill out or dry beach towels
