About this property

Nestled in the historic town of Malvern in Worcestershire, is this mid-terrace period property, 73 Cowleigh Road. Retaining much of its character with its feature fireplaces and sash windows, this holiday home is idyllic for six friends or a family. Leave your vehicle in the off-road parking space before discovering your home-from-home with its ruby red door. Step inside and on your left, find the living/dining room, where you can curl up on the plush sofas and flick through the Smart TV; afterwards enjoy meals together at the dining table with upcycled vintage church pews. Moving through the home, admire the hard wooden floor as you make your way to the kitchen, with a double electric oven and hob to whip up wonderful meals and a utility room adjacent to freshen up your clothes. Escape to the snug room with your holiday book and sprawl on the sofa for a quiet read. Be sure to explore the lovely garden and selection of trees, shrubs, flowers and herbs, and on sunny days enjoy dining alfresco on the patio; there is one larger and one smaller, more intimate patio to choose from. As the sky grows dark, retire upstairs, and rest your muscles in the tub and pour in the bubbles or rinse off in the overhead shower. Choose between three beautifully adorned bedrooms, there is a super-king-size with an en-suite, a double and a twin bedroom to rest your head. Awaken with a cup of tea in the rear garden to relish the peaceful location before planning an itinerary for the day ahead. The property is at the northern end of the spectacular Malvern Hills, an AONB, so lace up your boots and enjoy some breathtaking scenery and sunsets. Venture into Malvern town centre or the nearby market town of Ledbury, famous for its timber-framed buildings and boasting a fascinating Heritage Centre. Be sure to visit the vibrant city of Worcester, just a short car, train or bus ride away, with its bars and restaurants, magnificent gothic cathedral and many other attractions. For a getaway like no others, stay at 73 Cowleigh Road!

Malvern, a magnificent Worcestershire town dating back to the Bronze Age and located on the eastern side of the spectacular Malvern Hills, is a must-see. It was in an excellent position to explore Great Malvern on foot and the Malvern Hills were just around the corner. It also had the added bonus of its own parking spaces. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was lovely to relax in the sunny, quiet back garden. We found plenty of places to eat in the area but probably would have liked a few more pans to cook with. We would definitely stay here again when we come to this area.

There's lots of space, it's very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The showers are hot and the place is warm. I particularly like the beautiful wooden floors throughout and the high ceilings. The smaller double bedroom doesn't have hanging space for clothes but we used the twin room wardrobe so that wasn't a problem. The parking worked out fine for us, you need to take the small slip road to numbers 71-79.

It's a beautiful house but very frayed , beautiful garden, if as much action was paid on the house as the garden I would recommend it. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property.
