We had a lovely 5 day stay in this cosy cottage which is in a good location for exploring the local area. The cottage was well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. You have to park in the lay-by over the road and walk up a very steep drive to reach the cottage, which was not a problem for us, but might be a concern for those with mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Moorcock cottage, it's nice and peaceful and has everything you need. Hawes is only 15min away with some great places to eat, I recommend the White Hart Inn. We would definitely come back again

Very cosy and well located, we had an amazing time in this cottage. Calm and charming. The kitchen is very nice, as the living room. Bed are comfortables. It was awesome.
