The property boasts a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm using the many artisan products available locally. The large dining table is great for getting together and discussing your plans for the next day over a good meal. Or relax on the comfy sofas in front of the TV in the double height living area. There is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, with two further bedrooms and a second bathroom on the first floor accessed via the bespoke staircase.

There is a communal courtyard garden with seating and table for the use of the three properties. Also, there is a bonus shared games room complete with pool table, corner sofa and large TV. Here you will find a shared beer fridge and freezer, not to mention the range of games in the storage cupboards.
