It's a lovely house, fully equipped and in a quiet area of Thirsk. The town centre is a 10min walk away. York and Northallerton are a 20min drive away. There a Tesco and a Lidl just a 5min from the town centre. The station is about 40min walk. There's a local bus service from Northallerton to Ripon that serves Thirsk. The owners were very helpful and left a booklet of helpful tips and places to visit. It's perfectly placed for exploring the local area and the Moors
