The parking space is not really a parking space and would make better use as part of the garden fenced off and there is plenty of parking in the cul de sac next to the property. Would definitely look at staying again if we came to the area again, 2 lovely local pubs 2 minutes away and the hot tub is great, we didn't want to come home! Definitely hope to be back.

Very clean and the house contained everything you could ever imagine. We spent a lovely week here visiting lots of different places which were all very easy to reach from Seamer. Very smooth process dealing with both Sykes Cottages and the owner.
