Ardfern, a charming seaside hamlet in Scotland's stunning Argyll region, is located on the Craignish Peninsula. An historic community, Ardfern dates back to 600 AD, when St. Columba's contemporaries were in town, and there is a destroyed 12th-century church on the Peninsula.

There is a tavern, a craft centre, a cafe, and a marina in the village, which is suitable for sailing along the west coast. The towns of Oban and Lochgilphead, both of which have several shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants, are also nearby. The area's natural beauty is what sets it apart, with hills, lochs, and mountains providing stunning hiking opportunities, as well as fresh water and sea fishing close for anglers. Ardfern is a great starting point for exploring the area. '
