Please be aware there is a £250 deposit for hot tub units & £100 for non hot tub units payable on arrival. This is via a credit/debit card swipe which isn’t debited unless required.

Brilliant lodge with each room having an en-suite which was amazing!! Very clean and loved the use of towels, robes & slippers because we had a lodge with the hot-tub and also the kitchen facilities were ideal and spacious. Only thing I didn’t agree with or like was that check in wasn’t until 5pm on the Friday and checkout was 9am on the Sunday - so really only got 1 full day at the lodge for the price I paid. I understand with COVID restrictions the cleaning teams may need more time - however I seemed to be the only vehicle/party packing up the cars at 8.30am. I do think this should be revised - and if it has been revised then I was NOT made aware of this when I checked in on Friday. Other than this issue it was a brilliant weekend!

Lodges could do with a little updating, uncomfortable sofa. Water discoloured and sinks slow to drain. Worn appliances. But spacious. And a nice escape for a few days.
