Dating back to 1803, The Mill Lade has had an innovative conversion and is finished to an excellent standard throughout. The property was originally known as Blebo Mill, as the stone to build it came from Blebo Quarry, and was built as a flax spinning mill. Its new name was taken from the lade of the mill, where the original water wheel was situated.

It features a high ceiling, a wood burner and cosy seating. French doors lead to the balcony overlooking the garden and burn where you can admire the stars at night. On the first floor there is a family shower room, dining room with a wood burner, and the well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances. French doors lead to a small patio at the rear of the house. Seven steps lead down from here to the family bathroom and an en-suite bedroom with a super kingsize bed, and a utility room. The ground floor has three further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another with a kingsize bed. The master bedroom with kingsize bed features a sofa bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. French doors lead onto a patio where guests can relax with a coffee in the morning.
