Lovely welcoming and all settled really well as soon as we walked into the house. Only two things we noticed were the front and back doors would possibly need to be replaced soon to keep them secure and watertight for winter months. I’d 110% recommend to friends and family. Just wish the sun came out to allow us to sit outdoors Maybe write a little more about the fab walks just from doors step to canal and marshes, these weren’t expected to be this close and just what we needed to help us all chill out.

Easy access to everywhere we needed to go to. Would definitely recommend. Would love to go back.

It was very spacious and well equipped. Kilsyth itself was well positioned for visiting Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling. The weather was very warm during our stay but the bungalow felt like a cool oasis when we returned from a busy day sightseeing. We would have no hesitation in recommended Fairhaven to anyone wanting a base in the area.
