The cottage is located within reach of a range of attractions. Stroll through the impressive formal gardens at Drummond Castle (4 miles) some of the finest in Scotland and Europe. Animal lovers will adore Auchingarrich Wildlife Centre (9 miles) with both exotic wildlife and farm animals to see and for more furry creatures there s Blair Drummond Safari Park only 24 miles away. To explore the stunning Scottish wilderness travel 22.5 miles west and you ll reach Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park with its variety of walks and trails. Leave coats and boots in the hall and enter the lounge. Settle into a soft seat in front of the feature fireplace and relax with a film night. Further along the hall you ll find the spacious dining room where a long wooden table seats eight people comfortably for fun dinners together. Walk through to the fully equipped kitchen complete with electric oven gas hob fridge/freezer microwave and a handy dishwasher for when it s time to clear the table. There s also a small table perfect for light bites and lazy breakfasts. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and a WC both with skylight windows for added natural light. Back in the main hallway you ll find the remaining four bedrooms up the stairs. There is a second single two twins (one with bunk beds) and a double all bright and airy and decorated in neutral tones for a peaceful night s sleep. Unwind and refresh in the family bathroom with bath shower and WC. In the morning get some fresh air with a wander round the shared landscaped garden. Steps lead you down a multi-tiered lawn with gravelled areas in between. There is also a pretty pond that has a small fence around it. Dine alfresco when the weather is good and light the BBQ for the ultimate summer afternoon get together.
