Your restful sitting room boasts a large picture window and French doors offering glorious views and flooding the room with natural light. Curl up in the comfy sofas for an evening of conversation in front of the cosy wood burner. Double doors lead through to the dining room, which again has French doors leading onto the decking. Linger over family meals at the elegant dining table as you catch up on the latest family gossip and feast on local produce. The light and airy kitchen/diner comes equipped with everything you need to rustle up family meals including a ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and chest freezer for extra storage. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided for your convenience. Plan your day over breakfast at the kitchen table which is ideal for younger guests to have an early dinner. Three of the house's six bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, all decorated in neutral tones with co ordinating soft furnishings. An airy double bedroom and cosy twin bedroom share a contemporary shower room with WC, while the second ground floor double bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room with WC. Take the stairs to the first floor where you will find the generous master bedroom with en suite bathroom, separate shower and WC. A further double bedroom and a single bedroom share the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Sleeping a further four guests, a separate annexe is available by arrangement. Accessed by its own external entrance, the annexe has a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed with stowaway single bed, and a spacious en suite wet room with shower and WC. Spend your evenings on the south facing deck with a sociable BBQ or early evening sipping al fresco drinks while enjoying the peace and tranquillity of your countryside setting. Relax with garden games on the lawn or simply spread out your blanket for a spot of sunbathing. Ample parking is available.
