The setting and the bathroom were the two things that blew us away! We don’t blame you for spending all your time in the bath!. Ground Floor:
4 steps to entrance. All on the ground floor.
Open plan living space.
Living area: With Smart TV and 2 double sofa beds.
Dining area.
Kitchen area: With induction hob, combi microwave/oven/grill and fridge/freezer.
Bedroom: With kingsize bed.
Bathroom: With bath, walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.. Lawned garden with sitting-out-area, garden furniture and BBQ. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property is accessed via a rough track.. Located ideally for access to the M74, around 15 minutes south of Glasgow, this is the ideal luxury base from which to explore and take advantage of the plethora of activities, the majority of which including cities for shopping, beaches on the west coast, castles, lochs and big hills can be found within an hours drive. As you reach the property you would be forgiven for thinking you have arrived in a mediterranean resort, albeit depending on the weather.
The use of light and colours within the accommodation present a sense of taste and style you would expect with this level of attention. The comfortable living space has open access to the well-equipped kitchen and has space for dining and working, comfortable sofas which double as beds for additional sleeping for guests if they become needed. One of this properties most enviable features is the stunning and large size bathroom. The large double size bedroom with king size bed overlooks the rear garden and provides a sense of privacy which will undoubtedly be appreciated. Outside there is parking for 2 cars and the grounds provide a lawn to enjoy the sun and the beautiful view or even enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn.
The town of Larkhall is just over a mile away and has shops and supermarkets for your day-to-day essentials. For nights out and meals you will want to venture a little further north towards Hamilton and Bothwell where you’ll find a host of bars and restaurants. A little further still and the thriving city of Glasgow will welcome you with open arms and without doubt will provide an exceptional and memorable night out. The exceptional location of this property is ideal for the explorer in you. Edinburgh is within an hour by car, Stirling around 45 minutes and then just over an hour can have you on the south shore of Loch Lomond enjoying one of the most renowned views that this country offers.
