This beautiful country cottage has idyllic views of the valley beyond and is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate whist enjoying nature at its best. The property is situated within close reach of many of the local attractions such as the market town of Ruthin or head off to Snowdoinia for a day out to take in the sights of Betws Y Coed. Take a stroll at Loggerheads Country Park and see some of the local wildlife or take a picnic and and enjoy the beauty of the North Wales countryside.
Size – sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms
Beds – one king, one double and one twin.
Rooms – ground floor – conservatory, kitchen, lounge, dining room, utility room, en suite double bedroom, family bathroom. Upstairs - king size bedroom and twin bedroom.
Kitchen and utilities – Country style oak kitchen. Fully equipped, including a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. Utility includes washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit.
Entertainment – Smart TV and DVD player in living room. Wifi included.
For families – travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside – private, enclosed garden with stunning views, patio area with garden furniture, built in BBQ and a lawn area.
Parking – private parking spaces.
General – bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided. Heating and electricity are included. Welcome pack includes cake, bottle of wine, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
Pets – no pets.

Top Y Nant was one of the most peaceful vacations we've had. Gorgeous views and fun watching the sheep pass through every morning. Cottage well appointed and appreciated the master bedroom privacy at the back of the house. The conservatory was wonderful even in chilly November.

We two families stayed at Top Y Nant for 3 nights and enjoyed each and every minute of being there. This is the first time we have opted for the Cottage holiday as we normally go to a caravan park. Once we reached the cottage we told ourselves that we should stop doing caravan parks and need to explore more cottage holidays. That's the influence this cottage gave us in the first view itself. Particularly we wanted to come to this cottage again. You have everything you need in the cottage, the kitchen is filled with all the required utensils and pots, various game boards and games for kids, even bath toys for kids, and a kind welcoming pack with a bottle of wine, bread and shortbread. A well-maintained indoor and outdoor place with a fresh atmosphere makes you feel relaxed. The front garden and a viewing spot with a table and benches are the added jewels of this place. Definitely a place to revisit.
