With tremendous views of the nearby Castell Criccieth and all the home comforts you could need, this property is the perfect escape for families and friends alike. On arrival, the driveway fits two cars making unloading your belongings a breeze, before stepping into the hallway. From here, the kitchen offers dining seating for the group to plan an itinerary while the avid chef whips up a tasty meal. Outside, the summer months can be relished in the superb garden, home to plenty of furniture to relax on and soak up the sun. Back indoors, the utility room offers somewhere to freshen your clothes and towels after a day at the beach, and completing the ground floor is a bathroom and a double bedroom, ideal for a multi-generational family. The remaining two bedrooms, a double and twin, sit on the first floor where you can rest your eyes after a long day, along with another handy shower room. Finish off your day in the living/dining room, home to a toasty fire and a Smart TV, so you can snuggle up with your loved one, or simply admire the fantastic views of Castell Criccieth! Treat your loved ones to a relaxed evening meal at the local pub and restaurant, Bryn Hir Arms in the evening; you'll certainly work up an appetite after wandering the picture-perfect Criccieth beach and exploring the Black Rock Sand Caves with your bucket and spade. History buffs will not be left short either, with the grand Castell Criccieth just a stone's throw away from the property. For a day like no other, visit the fascinating Italianate village of Portmeirion, the perfect setting for a day of eating, drinking and exploring this quirky town. This lovely village is truly unique, decorated with riviera-style houses and a quaint ornamental garden - a must-see while in the area. For the active group, just a scenic car journey away is the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park lakeside walks, watersports, hiking, cycling, or for a real thrill, you can spend the day at Zip World! Make memories at the seaside with a break at Llwyn.

This delightful seaside town is only 5 miles from Porthmadog and is often referred to as the "Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia." The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, while walkers and bikers will be spoiled for choice by the nearby Snowdonia National Park.

Good location for getting around the area and an easy walk into Criccieth. Well equipped kitchen and good bathroom and shower room. The garden looked nice but no opportunity to use in October! Hope to return sometime.
