This lovely detached bungalow sits on a quiet residential estate in Abersoch, within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and family-friendly sandy beach.
An enclosed rear garden, great for both children and pets is just one of the family friendly features of this welcoming and well-presented bungalow. It also boasts a raised sun terrace from which to enjoy the superb views over Abersoch to the sea.
Size: Sleeps 8, 3 bedrooms (families only)
Beds: 2 doubles, 2 bunk beds (full-sized singles)
Rooms: Ground floor – living/dining room, kitchen, double bedroom with en suite shower room, a further double bedroom, third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, bathroom
Kitchen and utilities: Double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, microwave, washing machine.
Entertainment: Smart hdtv, DVD player, CD stereo, books;
For families: Travel cot and highchair available if required. A £100 security deposit is requested, returned at the end of a successful stay.
Outside: Rear enclosed garden with patio furniture and steps up to a raised sun terrace with sun lounges.
Parking: Driveway and off-road parking for 2 cars and a boat to the front of the cottage.
General: Bed linen hand and bath towels provided. Heating and electricity included.
Notes: No smoking inside the house please. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
A fully refundable security deposit may apply to this property to cover potential damages.
