This beautiful holiday cottage is located on a quiet lane, just a short stroll (400m) from the golden sands of Broad Haven. The beach is popular year round with locals and tourists alike for family days on the sands, walks along the shore or water sports such as surfing. At low tide, you can also walk along the beach to neighbouring Little Haven which enjoys a small sandy cove and beachfront pub and restaurant. Broad Haven's promenade also enjoys a great selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. For nature lovers, take a walk around the Slash Pond and Boardwalk (200m) and see how much wildlife you can spot before enjoying a picnic in the countryside.
As you enter the property you are welcomed into the galley style kitchen leading through to the open plan lounge and diner. The contemporary living space has two sofas centred the Smart TV where you can curl up after a fun day of exploring the coast and there's a dining table for family meals or board games together. The kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge/diner and has been amply equipped to whip up a meal during your stay or pack up a picnic for a day on the beach. The two bedrooms lead off from the lounge. There's a double room and twin room and both rooms are finished with modern furnishings and ample storage space for your holiday. The family bathroom leads off from the kitchen area and completes the property.
The cottage is accessed via the beautifully landscaped garden. There's a patio terrace with outdoor dining furniture to enjoy meals al fresco on those warms summer evenings. There's also an additional bistro style table provided to enjoy a cold drink in the sun or why not relax with a good book in the egg chair provided. To the side of the property you will also find a small lawn area perfect for soaking up the daytime sun. Please note, although the property is level access, there are five steps in the garden on the approach to the front door.
