Perfect for a large group of friends or family these 2 cottages are about 1.5 miles from Llanwrtyd Wells and within easy reach of Brecon, Llandovery and Builth Wells. Great outdoor activities all around including mountain walks from the doorstep.

Rooms: Unit 1 - ground floor: lounge, kitchen, dining room, utility room, shower room. First floor: 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, bedrooms 3 and 4, bathroom, shower room. Second floor: bedroom 5 with large landing/snug/play area and additional single bed, shower room and bedroom 6 via separate staircase Unit 2 - Lower ground floor- twin bedroom. Ground floor- sitting room, lounge, kitchen diner, utility room, shower room and WC. First floor- Family bathroom, king size master bedroom with WC, king size bedroom with en suite, king size bedroom, double bedroom.
Kitchen & utilities: includes dishwasher, range cooker, washing machine and tumble dryer
Entertainment: TV, DVD player, games, books
For families: cot and highchair available (please bring cot bedding), babysitting service on request
Outside: lawn, patio area.
Hot tub not to be used after 10:30pm or before 7am as this may cause a nuisance to neighbours

Property even better than described, fantastic views, clean, homely and extremely well equipped for adults and children. In a fantastic location with a pretty easy 30mins walk to the village. The log fires were popular and cosy with everyone! The hot tub and views were amazing. The owners were extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. All my 23 family absolutely loved it there, we would highly recommend anyone visiting and will certainly go back at some point. Thank you. Best of Wales are very efficient and professional to book with, they answered any queries promptly which helped organise the whole weekend.
